What is UA Pond Hockey?
UA Pond Hockey gives our Future Ice Bears a chance to get to know each other while playing a sport they love.

The Spring 2025 Pond Hockey Season dates are TBD typically runs late-March thru early June.
10 Game Season - Saturdays and Sundays (and occasional weeknights)
No games on April 20th (Easter Sunday)
Ages
Upper Arlington residents Kindergarten through 8th grade are invited to join!
Cost
Costs are determined by number of players on each team, typically around $180-200. Fees will be set once teams are formed and assessed at time of rostering.
Practices
There is one pre-season practice and no practices during the season.
Games
Games played at Chiller Dublin, Easton, North, Ice Works and Ice Haus.
League is organized by the Chiller -- https://www.thechiller.com/pond-hockey/
Jerseys
Jerseys are provided by UA Hockey Boosters.

What is UA Pond Hockey?
UA Pond Hockey is a coordinated effort to sponsor UA-based pond hockey teams in the OhioHealth Chiller Pond Hockey league each spring. While many rising hockey players in our community may play in various youth and travel programs across Central Ohio, our goal is to provide a chance for them to play with and get to know fellow hockey players and future teammates right here in Upper Arlington -- before they enter the high school program.
Teams are divided generally by grade level and are coordinated and overseen by volunteer parents and coached by high school players. Our intent is to support development and pass along the culture of teamwork and sportsmanship that is UA Hockey!
